"Eating is the source of life."

From the day we are born until the day we die, the organs of our bodies (skin, bones, hair, finger and toe nails, blood, etc.) are refreshed everyday as the metabolic cycle repeats. Also, babies grow inside their mothers womb by sharing the nutrition that their mothers take in. The source of this nutrition is the food we eat every day. The key to a long and healthy life is a nutritionally balanced diet.

Squid is a healthy low-fat ingredient high in proteins. Since dried squid has little moisture content, the nutrients are packed in densely. Firmly chewing hard food works the jaw and teeth, promotes the senstation of a full stomach, and improves digestion. The addition of finely crushed calcium black beans (green tea flavor) increases calcium intake even for people dislike hard foods.
